We are seeking an experienced individual to join our Operations team in the role of Project Manager. This role is deadline-driven, with daily, weekly and monthly deliverables. Our customers are primarily General Contractors (GCs), waterproofing/roofing contractors, and commercial facilities owners. Competitive salary commensurate with experience, a Bonus program, full benefit package including health insurance and 401k. This position reports to the General Manager.Job Requirements: Holding weekly project team meetings and project reviews Managing progress and project reporting for the project Managing the technical and financial element of the project with project team members and stakeholders Adhere to the project delivery framework Identify and manage risks and project issues Lead and support the project team Resolve issues and conflicts within the project team Ensuring satisfactory liaison with customers at project and project board level Summarizing project status to project stakeholders Manage changes in project scope Coordinating project elements and communicating project progress See portfolio of large global projects Ascertain completeness of the project Manage the entire project lifecycle: Track and coordinate multiple projects, create and maintain project plans, facilitate project meetings and manage progress of key project deliverables Accomplish project objectives including project planning and delivery activities; evaluating implementation and progress of project and ensuring successful delivery to defined constraints Document Management: Load Project documents into various systems Thorough review of construction project documents, including specifications, drawings, and details. Attend Scope Reviews, Pre-Con Meetings and Site Visits. Complete the Buy Out Phase Develop Schedules, Budgets, Submittals, Shop Drawings, Purchase Orders Communicate weekly with general contractors and other customers. Collaborating with our estimator, sales team, and other staff, to enable successful transfer of the project from Estimating to Project Management upon close of the Sale. Complete monthly pay applications Manage Change Orders, RFI's, RFP's, Subcontractors
