The Emmes Company, LLC is searching for an Associate Clinical Project Coordinator based out of our Rockville, Maryland, Frederick, Maryland and/or Tysons Corner, Virginia office. Emmes provides flexibility for the office location or work remote preference dependent upon position.

Primary Purpose

The purpose of this role is to support Emmes clinical operations teams, providing logistics support for conference calls, supplies, documentation, and client/sponsor reporting needs as required by the statement of work.


•Assists with providing support in tracking, compiling, and submitting project deadlines and deliverables •Assists with the coordination of conference call accounts, schedules and distribution of conference call information and materials (i.e., Agenda, Minutes, Supporting Documents)
•Assists with facilitating communications between project staff and project sponsors regarding project development and project processes
•Under the direction of the Clinical Project Coordinator Manager, will assist in developing, consolidating, compiling, editing, formatting, tracking and distributing of technical and non-technical reports as required
•Assists in the development and maintenance of database software for entering, retrieving, modifying, and manipulating data to generate various documents such as rosters, meeting materials, and reports
•Assists with the collection of electronic and paper-based project files and archives
•Assists with maintaining project website contents under the direction of the Clinical Project Coordinator Manager or Lead Clinical Project Coordinator
• Assists with tracking PubMed, NLM reporting, publications and manuscripts for the project, but not submitting

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; equivalent relevant working experience and Associate's degree may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's degree
  • Time management and decision-making skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to address several assignments simultaneously
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite products and Portable Document Format software products
  • Priority will be given to applicants who also have some of the following additional skills: Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Microsoft Visio, experience with updating websites, and working with web/video conferencing applications.
