Job Summary/Company: Our client, a renowned federal contractor, is searching for a TS/SCI w/ Poly Facilities Lead to join its team. This person must be an organized, attentive, and customer-oriented professional who can provide high-touch service to the company's government client.

This will be a 100% onsite position.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily administrative tasks including escorting guests, maintaining office inventory, scheduling meetings, and liaising with building management to facilitate repair requests
  • Create yearly facility budget forecast and participate in monthly budget reviews
  • Guide facility purchases though vendor quotes, approvals, and purchase order processes
  • Maintain inventory of government property
  • Support annual alarm an evacuation testing
  • Manage payment inquiries via Costpoint


Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • At least 6+ years facilities management experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Positive mentality with a "no job too small" mindset
  • TS/SCI w/ Poly
