Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative and technical supervision for accomplishing the work of the unit.
  • Establishes guidelines and performance expectations for staff members.
  • Observes workers performance; demonstrates and conducts work performance critiques.
  • Provides informal feedback and periodically evaluates employee performances.
  • Serves as an agency expert on IT Customer Support issues and activities.
  • Coordinates all phases of monitoring IT support.
  • Serves as project officer responsible for the evaluation of the effectiveness and efficiency of major program operations (IT support) throughout the agency.
  • Provides technical guidance in all matters regarding IT customer support issues.
  • Reviews, interprets DOJ, DEA, and OMB policies.

Qualifications

Must have one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 Federal grade level performing the following duties: providing technical and administrative supervision to the unit, serving as an agency expert on IT customer support issues, and applying customer support principles, methods, and practices.
