Whatever direction you're headed, you'll find talented, driven and passionate members of the TEKsystems family creating meaningful work.Position: Reporting to the Global Director of Human Resources as a part of the Employee Experience team, the Human Resources Manager (HRM) - Corporate and Strategic, is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategic programs aimed at providing an employee-oriented, high performance culture. This role is a key partner to organizational leadership, providing guidance and accountability measurement across multiple initiatives such as global compensation management, and general HR project support. The HRM will also serve as a liaison for TEKsystems, representing the Company in Allegis enterprise HR initiatives.Key Accountabilities and Priorities:CompensationPartner with HR Director & Finance to maintain compensation function for TEKsystems globally, including developing compensation philosophy and process, conducting compensation market analysis and job description drafting and review Make strategic recommendations related to compensation structure for internal and client facing roles and positions, in partnership with business leadershipEmployee RelationsOversee and manage the employee relations function for Corporate employee groups which consist of 500 employees. Respond to EEO and other grievances and complaints by authoring position statements, etc. Make recommendations for content for manager training related to Human Resources topics which focus on a proactive approach to talent managementFacilitate training for managers covering Employment Law, Training & Development, Performance Management and OFCCP RequirementsWork with inside General Counsel to reduce litigation and mitigate risk with employee relations mattersEEO and OFCCP ComplianceConduct internal audits related to EEO compliance. Escalate concerns to appropriate leadership and legal with recommendations to improve processes as needed. Manage compliance and reporting requests from current and potential customers including current clients and local governmentsPartner with the Marketing Department and the field office to respond to (Request for Proposals) RFPs relating to EEO compliancePartner with Front Office to assist with contract negotiations in the area of OFCCP and EEO complianceHR Project ManagementPerform as Operating Company Lead for HR Alignment initiatives and projects conducted in partnership with parent company including organizational development initiatives and EEO compliance reportingManage and maintain existing Global HR projects related to employee engagement, talent development, EEO compliance and other HR functionsCreate and manage timelines and organize stakeholders for new projectsTrack project performance and provide regular updates to HR Leadership and HR team around project developmentPerform risk management to minimize project risksManage changes to project scope and scheduleSupport HR strategies and other initiatives as assigned.Education/Background:BA/BS, in Human Resources or related field, Master's Degree and/or HR Certification preferred.5-7 years experience in progressive Human Resources, preferably with a compensation, EEO-1/AAP administration and employment lawCurrent knowledge of HR practices and Employment Law.Must be able to handle multiple projects, be self-motivated and work with minimal supervisionMust have excellent written and oral communication skills as well as the ability to interact and communicate effectively with leadershipStrong attention to detailExcellent customer service, organizational, and time management skillsMust demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Must be able to represent TEKsystems in a positive manner both internally and externallyAbility to respond in a constructive and neutral manner in adverse situations.Travel as necessary (approximately 10%).Computer software: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Use of PeopleSoft a plus.
