The Engineering & Architecture SME will ensure that processes are followed to properly conduct the technical reviews called for in the Systems Engineering Plan and other Business Process Reengineering documentation. This includes review and feedback on technical documents and design artifacts delivered as part of the contract. PEO DHMS may require the contractor to review technical deliverables received by the government from other sources such as other contractors or government agencies if there are no OCI issues. If so required, the Engineering & Architecture SME will review and provide technical feedback to PEO DHMS to ensure that such technical deliverables are of adequate quality and have the information necessary for to meet PEO DHMS needs. This individual will provide inputs to and feedback on PEO DHMS acquisition documentation such as their Systems Engineering Plan and other Business Process Reengineering documentation. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree (System /Software Engineering) with 10 years of relevant experience involving large complex systems, preferably projects involving health IT and multi-hospital, geographically dispersed enterprise electronic health record implementations. Of the last 10 years, three years must involve direct support to Architecture and Engineering activities and must possess intimate knowledge of the IBM Jazz tool suite.
