The client is looking for a Recruiter (entry level Sourcing to fully cycle experience for a higher level position) to help with hiring happening at several different locations. The types of positions you will recruit for will (to name a few) support departments/programs dealing with infectious disease, mental health, cancer research, and/or human performance, along with other healthcare specialties. This person will report to the Recruiting Manager who will develop and train them in areas to be a better recruiter and expand on experience. Responsibilities:* Identify and screen qualified candidates for employment opportunities.o This includes supporting positions ranging from Lab Intern to Scientific Director for positions local to the DC Metro area, sites around the US, and around the world.* Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, social media venues, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; maintaining rapport.* Proactively recruit/headhunt candidates from job sites and networking.* Determine applicant qualifications by screening applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.* Build a pipeline of candidates for potential opportunities across several geographic regions. * Sourcing from various venues to include LinkedIn, University boards, Social Media (Twitter, Facebook, Handshake, etc) in addition to University forums and list serves.* Conduct Reference Checks for candidates as required.* Handle Credentialing for onboarding at all Military Treatment Facilities.* Coordinate in person, video and phone interviews with hiring managers and program managers. Send confirmation emails to candidate and interview panels.* Screen resumes from applications requested by hiring managers, UltiPro, LinkedIn, and Referrals. * Answer recruiting hotline with candidate recruiting inquiries, questions regarding candidate job search, and conducts brief screens with potential candidates; input notes into Talemetry.* Send/discuss benefits to candidates who have been screened and are selected to interview (alongside interview confirmation).* Coordinate and attend (virtually) university career fairs, open houses, and networking events. Register for Career Fairs.* Build relationships with Career contacts and professors.* Attend program meetings as needed in Home Office or off site.* Utilize Microsoft Word to submit screens and references, Microsoft Excel for recruiting data management, PowerPoint for presentation creation, Peoplesoft/UltiPro for administrative recruiting functions, Talemetry for candidate management, Zoom and Skype for Business for Video Interviews, other software as required.* Serve as back up to other Recruiters as required.* Assist with onboarding/transition of new awards as required.* Additional ad hoc projects as required.If someone has the things listed above and might be considered higher level-- they are open to a Recruiter 2 as well and the biggest add on will be: Extending offers to candidates, facilitate onboarding/clearance process, salary analysis, full cycle recruiting through to when the hire starts.About Aerotek: We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
