Beacon Hill's Client, a non-profit based in Washington, DC, is seeking a strategic Director of Benefits and HRIS to support their progressive organization. The Director will work with the company's collaborative Human Resources team to develop innovative total rewards strategies in order to attract and retain top talent. This is a fantastic role for an analytical and forward thinking Human Resources Leader looking to make an impact at a mission-driven organization.Responsibilities Include: Create and implement compensation strategy to attract and retain top talentManage open enrollment process including vendor negotiation and internal employee communicationEnsure compliance with internal policies as well as federal, state, and local laws as it pertains to benefits and compensationAnalyze, manage, and improve HRIS to support benefits, compensation, and workforce planningManage a team of HRIS and Benefits direct reports Qualifications:Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree a plus7+ years in Human Resources Leadership Experience developing and managing HRIS, Workday preferred Advanced knowledge of compensation and benefits regulations Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
