He or she will also calculate the economic return of potential investments, organize the investment pipeline, determine fund capital needs, and contribute to the investor reporting process. This is a great opportunity for an Investment Analyst within the Tax Credit Syndication group. Essential Job FunctionsAssist team with preliminary feasibility analysis of prospective investment opportunities, including transaction modeling;Prepare, update, analyze real estate investment projections;Assist with closings of multi-investor and proprietary low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) funds including closing documentation preparation and post-closing follow-ups;Perform research and analysis on transactions, markets and investors;Prepare due diligence for investors, developers and outside legal counsel;Assist with preparation of investment summaries, offering materials and work with manager to organize investor meetings;Required Qualifications2 years of professional experience in real estate underwriting, finance, and analysis is preferred but not required.Individual needs to be a highly motivated, self-starter who is dependable and capable of working in a productive independent fashion, as well as part of a team.Excellent oral and written communication and quantitative skills.Highly organized and detail oriented.Strong analytical skills.Ability to effectively manage and administer sensitive and confidential information.Ability to work independently and prioritize workload.This position requires a bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or Real Estate Advanced MS Office Proficiency, particularly Excel.FLSA STATUS:KeyCorp is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer committed to engaging a diverse workforce and sustaining an inclusive culture.
