Independent Sales & Marketing Representative Location: REMOTE or Office; local travel required Compensation: starting salary of $40,000-50,000 with a transition to uncapped full commission (see below) Assignment: Direct Hire Reports To: Sales Manager PrideStaff is working closely with one of the nation's leading real estate franchisers. Our client services the residential, commercial, retail and industrial markets. As the leader of real estate services, you will be responsible for sourcing property management leads from owners of unoccupied properties, agents, and rental listings. Responsibilities: Create and manage the Sales Pipeline Communicate with owners of rental properties the benefits using the clients services as its property manager Sign management contracts with owners, leasing properties Collect setup fees Manage KPIs to meet and exceed targets Close 10 - 20 property management contracts a month Demonstrate customer service and rapport building skills on the phone and in person by being client-focused Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments Create sales and marketing material to present to buyers Job Requirements: Current Virginia real estate license required Reliable Transportation Previous experience in sales with proven track record of success Familiarity with CRM platforms Ability to build rapport with clients Strong negotiation skills Deadline and detail-oriented Compensation: The position offers a competitive and generous compensation plan that rewards success. Compensation will start as Salaried during ramp period and transition to a predominate commission structure. Commission structure will be approximately $250 fee paid for each signed property management contract and a 10% residual payment paid monthly on each property for the first 6 months.
