We are a rapidly growing company, [MJ1] currently ranked 118 by ENR, and have doubled both the number of employees and offices in the last 10 years. Our clientele includes a wide range of state and local agencies. Responsibilities:The Roadway Engineer will participate in the planning and design on transportation related projects. Requirements:Applicants must possess the following:BS degree in Civil Engineering or related field0 -3 years of experience in the civil engineering fieldRoadway design experience a plus (preferably with VDOT)Ability to effectively communicate orally/written at all levels of the organizationAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to handle multiple assignmentsExperience with design software tools including MicroStation and OpenRoads is preferredKnowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is requiredBenefits: WRA recognizes that employees play an important role in its success.
