Customer Support/Inside Sales
We are hiring a few candidates to the Sales Support and Retention Team with our client in Fairfax, VA. Please see below for more details.Day to day:Perform timely, outbound calls and lead follow-upContribute to achieving/exceeding company revenue target by working with our existing customer base over the phone on up sells and upgradesInteracts with existing customers to increase sales of our products and servicesPrepare Contracts, Service Agreements or other necessary paperwork and send to customersTrack and Maintain various reports and spreadsheets to report to managementProvide superior customer service by responding quickly and accurately to our customers concerns or needsQualifications desired:Excellent customer service and proven sales skillsStrong communication skills both verbal and writtenAbility to understand and manage sales goals throughout the monthPositive and professional attitude, able to relate well with many types of peopleSolid computer skills and ability to learn our products and servicesHours: 8-5 M-F, THIS POSITION IS ON-SITE!About Aerotek: We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
