Boeing Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A) is seeking an experienced Software IntegrationA' Engineer to join our Boeing Prime contract teamJOB DESCRIPTIONBI&AA' is seekingA' Software Integration EngineersA' for the opportunity to develop and deploy our newest products.A' Our work centers on the development of the next generation of Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) systems for the Defense, Intelligence Community and allied partners.A' These systems are deployed to aircraft, ships, submarines and ground mobile vehicles for purposes of intercepting and exploiting signals in the radio frequency environment.LOCATION: Fairfax, VADUTIES TO INCLUDE:Work hands-on with the software build, deployment and final configuration for various hardware platformsManage a single software baseline that is deployed across multiple hardware baselines and a range of platformsUnderstand the environment for how the software is developed while maintaining a system level perspective for delivering end-to-end capabilities that meet operator needsThrive in a dynamic environment while engaging with multiple software development teams to troubleshoot and solve problemsDevelop and maintain network topology and configurationSupport system-level cybersecurity assessments and patching as necessaryBASIC (REQUIRED) QUALIFICATIONS:A' Ability to obtain a TS/SCI ClearanceBachelor's Degree in engineering, computer science or related technical domain9 or more years of experience working in a Linux / Unix command line environment5 or more years of experience in a customer facing roleDemonstrated strong analytic and problem solving skillsAbility to translate operator needs and requirements into subsystem level capabilitiesCollaborative teamwork skills with demonstrated ability to work across internal and external organizationsAbility to train and mentor junior engineersDESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:An Active TS/SCI clearanceLeadership experience inside of an engineering organizationExperience with presenting technical content to large groups, such as PDR, CDR or TRRExperience and carrying the output of subsystem Agile development teams to completed system level testsAbility to control, build and release code using GIT and the Atlassian tool stackExperience in shell scriptingExperience with internet routing protocols and conceptsUnderstanding of computer science fundamentals and distributed systemsDemonstrated experience managing networksExcellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to interact efficiently with peers and customersAbility to manage the cost and schedule parameters of the development activityExperience with Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) or related systemsCurrent Top Secret / SCI US Security ClearanceTYPICAL EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (eg Bachelor) and typically 14 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (eg PhD+9 years' related work experience, Master+12 years' related work experience).
