ACARA Solutions and our client located in Hanover, MD has a direct hire position avail.Python Developer with an Active TS/SCI w/Poly clearance Client offers up to $20,000 signing bonuse, full benefits, and full relocationTest Automation development utilizing Python test frameworks, test tools and/or native OS scripting (Linux)Work closely with the developers to capture new and modified code (as related to requirements or bugs) and design/implement automated test casesIntegrate automated testing suites with Jenkins CI/CD configurationsReview requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback that effectively supports analysis and evaluation of software tools and embedded systemsCreate detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test casesPerform specialized tests to evaluate software/system effectivenessTest software, components, and systems to discover bugs/vulnerabilities and improve the capabilitiesRequired Skills / Qualifications:Bachelors degree in software engineeringMinimum of 8 years experience inspecting materialMinimum of 5 years experience in interest in/with software development in C in a Linux environmentMinimum of 5 years experience in developing automated tests using Python-based frameworks (, Nose, Selenium)Minimum of 5 years experience in building test automation into a CI/CD process (Jenkins, QuickBuild, Bamboo, GitLab)Minimum of 5 years experience with a variety of different testing techniques such as Automated Regression Testing, Performance/Stress Testing, System Integration Test, and others.Preferred Skills / Qualifications:Master's degree.
