Fairfax office of our client seeks family Law associate attorney with 2-6 years of experience. The candidate will litigate and settle Family Law matters, with a passion for providing high-level customer service, aggressive legal representation, and compassionate issue consideration for very sensitive matters. Will proactively manage family law cases from beginning to end. Provide superior customer service to all clients including monthly status reports and weekly reviews of cases. Make improvement recommendations to practice managers. Manage performance metrics to track accomplishments and client satisfaction through practice quality software. Should have 1st chair Family Law experience. Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Virginia.Additional Skills: The candidate should have a Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited university.
