Our client is seeking a permanent VP of Accounting & Finance to join their team in Atlanta, GA. Responsible for mentoring and managing a team of approximately 30 FTE's in accounting, finance and revenue cycle management. Owns the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of all work product. Maintains communication and interacts effectively with all levels of the organization. Supports internal controls and regulatory compliance procedures, tax reporting, complex multi structure entities, various compensation components that include W2 and K1 earnings and integration of all corporate initiatives and outcomes, particularly related to the integration of newly acquired practices.- CPA- 10-15+ years of physician group accounting and finance leadership experience- Experience leading and developing a large team of direct and indirect reports- M&A experience- Process improvement and change management experience- Physician and provider compensation experience- Private Equity experience a plusQualified candidates please email resume to KieCam01@.
