H&M is also a founding memberof the ET&D Partnership, a collaborative industry partnership working toreduce fatalities, injuries, and illnesses in the construction industry isseekingA' a Full Time Project Manager with an RCDD and an active Top SecretClearance to join our team working out of our Chantilly, VA office.The Project Manager is responsible forproviding contractual and design support to our customer working at thecustomer's facility in Crystal City.EssentialDuties and Responsibilities: The Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD)will work in a collaborative technical analysis and cost estimates (TACE) teamwith a project manager and customers to provide technical leadership. Reportto and provide tasking related updates (as predetermined) to Passive IT (PIT)Engineer Manager and/or designated Site Passive Engineer/ PIT Site Lead foraction review and to confirm proper priorities are in alignment with Team plan.(Daily/Weekly Dynamic Action Schedules).Inputinformation either gathered via site survey or provided from the Passive andActive Engineering and Technician staffs for the TACE process.Workwith the TACE team to develop Statement of Work and passive requirements andpricing as part of the TACE development.Querythe database and generate necessary reports and drawings (Merged and ZBD Cut sheets,Rack Elevations, etc.) as needed in support of both Pre and Post Passive andActive IT activities.Ensurethat all Passive and Active IT data entries are updated and maintained in atimely manner within the Planet IRM Database.Attendnecessary continual education courses and ensure that all required Planet IRMTraining certifications are up to date and maintained.Coordinateproactively with Planet database managers and Planet support staff to ensurethat any Planet updates/upgrades/outages are scheduled well in advance and withadequate advance notice to ensure that work schedules are not impacted.Qualifications:Bachelor'sDegree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline orequivalent work experience.8-10years of related hardware engineering experience.Musthave 2+ years of managing small to midsize Passive IT Planet IRM Engineeringcrew/teams.Musthave 5+ years of on the job hands on experience in most aspects of Passive ITPlanet IRM Engineering.Musthave current RCDD by Building Industry Consulting Service International (BICSI)or equivalent.Must possess a current Top Secret Clearance.Excellentcustomer service skills, addressing the needs of both the external and internalcustomers.Mustpossess both Team Lead and Team Support service and communications skills.Mustpossess self-sufficient, self-starter, proactive work approach and strong workethic.Must beproficient in electronic communications skills to include e-mails, MS Word andMS Excel.Must bewilling to work different shifts/extended shifts as required and to be on calland available for possible emergency work when needed.Mustpossess and demonstrate adequate cognitive abilities to perform Passive ITPlanet IRM problem solving and work productivity solutions.Mustpossess and demonstrate adequate abilities to navigate between Planet andSharePoint in order to generate multiple types of various Planet Reports andpost them (as needed) in areas for group access when required.Must haveexcellent working knowledge of Pentagon and Mark Center facilities, associatedTelecommunications blueprints/drawings, Zone Distribution and Riser System andassociated Merged and ZDB Cut sheets in conjunction with the Work Area Outletfaceplate labeling schema.Must be able to stoop, kneel or crouchMust be able to lift and carry 25 lbs.No relocation provided.A' Local candidates only.Henkels& McCoy, Inc.A' isA' an Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities,Females, Protected Veterans, and Individual with Disabilities.
