Overview:Job Title: IT Project ManagerJob Location: Fairfax, VA (Waples Mill)Security Clearance: Active, in-scope US Government issued Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain SCI eligibility.Due to the nature of the work, US Citizenship is required.Job Responsibilities:Trace Systems is actively recruiting for an experienced and cleared IT Project Manager to join our team on-site in Fairfax, VA.Duties and responsibilities include:+ Deliver and report schedule and performance targets of multiple projects with matrixed resources priorities+ Develop and maintain individual project schedules and Integrated Master Schedule+ Develop and maintain Risk Management Plan; and perform project-related risk management+ Work with Technical/Functional Team Lead(s) and Scrum Master to define, optimize, standardize and follow operational processes and metrics using PMI best practices, SAFe methodology and ITIL framework+ Work with Configuration Manager and Scrum Master to ensure efficient application of configuration and release management processes+ Coordinate development of and update technical documentationMinimum Qualifications:+ Position requires twelve (12) years of direct experience in the last fifteen years, supporting IT projects and initiatives as a project coordinator, manager, or comparable position+ Must havedemonstratedexperience with MS Project best business practices+ Forecasting, planning, and resourcing technical projects+ PMP certificationrequired+ Due to the nature of the work, US Citizenship is required+ Active, in-scope US Government issued Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain SCI eligibilityDesired Qualifications:+ SAFe certification+ ITIL Foundations certificationEducation:+ Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline (eg Computer Science, Business, Finance, Engineering) experience may experience in lieu of a degreeTrace SystemsTrace Systems, headquartered in Vienna, Virginia, was founded to support and defend our nation's security interests at home and abroad whenever and wherever.
