Start here The Salesforce Solution/Technical Architect will be responsible for all technical aspects of solutions built on the Salesforce platform, including data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, AppExchange products, and custom code. The incumbent in this role will work closely with functional leaders, business unit leaders, and subject matter experts in developing solutions that support the Clinical Supply Services business The Role Technical leadership and establishing best practices for integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement Seek out ways to utilize SFDC to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace Manage vendor relationships, participate in vendor selection and bidding processes and contract negotiation. Collaborate with Infrastructure and IT Security leaders to maintain a robust information security posture for Salesforce systems to protect the privacy and confidentiality of Catalent s data. Ensure team maintain strict compliance with IT & corporate policies. The incumbent will be responsible for managing a diverse team to foster an environment of collaboration, teamwork and metrics-based execution. Present and lead discussions between the business and IT. Identify, set, and manage agreed-upon SLAs. Manage and resolve escalations. The Candidate Ten (10) years related experience, with minimum 5 years as a Salesforce Developer and 5 years as a Technical or Solution Architect Experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Excel Connector, DemandTools, Eclipse Force.com IDE) Experience with complex Salesforce.com global implementations on lighting platform including custom object development, workflow, integrations, Salesforce community, and unique data solutions (eg to solve for file storage and data archive requirements) Experience in integrating enterprise applications with Salesforce.
