System Software Engineer

Duties: Review, analyze and evaluate business systems, and elicit requirements via interaction design sessions, business process descriptions, use cases and data analysis. Use systems expertise to participate in end-to-end implementation planning that includes assisting with definition of scope and objectives as well as configuring, testing and implementation of enterprise-wide systems across functional areas for customers. Serve as a technical leader and collaborate with the developers to design and document custom solutions and participate in application configuration, programming, testing and evaluation to ensure quality, consistency and customer satisfaction. Assist customers with their data extraction, defining data requirements, and working with them to data-map legacy systems to the new applications. Assist the Customer Success team in supporting the live application by triaging, tracking and resolving customer issues.

Requirements: U.S. Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Business, or closely related field plus two years of experience in the job offered, Business Analyst, Consultant or closely related position. Experience which may have been obtained concurrently must include 2 years of prior experience with performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, designing technical solutions, configuring application and performing user acceptance testing.
