This SFA will be a trusted finance business partner working closely with various Finance stakeholders to solve complex problems that directly impact the FGBS organization. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and they will be a creative and analytical problem solver with the opportunity to "Work Hard. Have Fun. Make History".Duties will include:. Support the FGBS month end close and planning processes (OP1, OP2, 3YF, and quarterly guidance). Establish strong relationships across the FGBS and Central FP&A community and specifically with key business partners. Be a thought leader to drive continuous improvement, simplify processes, drive standardization, and build scalable solutions. Manage and develop scalable financial tools or reports that align and simplify, monthly business reviews, annual planning, and forecasting processes. Analyze and prepare monthly variance reports for senior leadership. Provide business support to various finance teams by providing data driven insights into variances and trends. Analyze trends, formulate projections, and evaluate savings initiatives. Present findings and recommendations to Senior LeadersBasic qualifications. BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field (eg, Engineering, Math, and Computer Science) or equivalent. 5+ years' of experience in finance or a related analytical field, or an equivalent combination of education and experiencePreferred qualification . Quickly build credibility and trust with internal customers. Growth mindset with a curiosity to learn complex new subjects quickly and earn business partners' trust. Experience with financial reporting systems; Cognos TM1 and/or Essbase experience a plus. Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads. Ability to work independently and be self-motivate in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. Advanced analytical skills (Microsoft Excel Ninja) and demonstrated ability to quantify and monetize complex business questions. Demonstrated ability to dive deep on ambiguous challenges and deliver actionable insight. Demonstrated work ethic, based on a strong desire to exceed expectations. Strong leadership, communication, and persuasion skills. Successful in an ambiguous environment. Focus on customers and work backwards. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
