Acquisition Data Subject Matter ExpertASI is seeking an Acquisition Data Subject Matter Expert. Our ideal candidate will have experience and expertise in advanced methods of applying technology to business processes as a part of ASI's solution offerings and to augment ASI and government acquisition and contracting workforce productivity. The individual will be experienced in federal acquisition and understand the roles and relationships of government acquisition teams, their processes and regulations. In addition, the successful candidate will be aware of ongoing innovations in federal acquisition processes and market technologies that are rapidly evolving. The DTS will create and participate in delivering these technology-assisted solutions to ASI clients. The individual will be knowledgeable of ASI's other solutions in acquisition, contracting, strategy and organization design including change management, as well as data analytics. Responsibilities include:Expertise in contracts/acquisition/spending process and dataOur Acquisition Data Expert will be well versed with FPDS, other contract writing systems, and authoritative data sources for contracts and contract finance and spendingKnowledge of and experience with DATA Act preferredGood interpersonal skills and interaction with managers and executivesSupporting technologists using augmented intelligence tools.Act as a direct consultant to clients on projects related to improving acquisition and contracting outcomes in the client environment.Works with clients and ASI to develop tools and systems to augment ASI's solutions and services, especially related to the use of labor augmenting technologies in acquisition and contracting.Deliver and manage direct services related to these technologies, such as business process improvement, use of AI/ML including applications of NLP, robotic process automation such as UiPath and related technologies.Leads development of innovative technology solutions and SBIR initiatives working closely with senior leadersAssists in writing proposals, especially in areas related to acquisition solutions and technologyIdentifies potential customer organizations for ASI solutionsParticipate in business development, including participation in obtaining new accounts, recruiting meetings, sales meetings, and more.Collaborates with leaders of client delivery and leads delivery for selected clientsProtects organization's value by keeping high level information confidential.
