Rowe Price's (TRP) CFO Group Rotational Program offers recent college undergraduate and graduate students a challenging opportunity to grow a career and thrive in the asset management industry. In this program, you will work across the corporate finance organization, which is responsible for protecting the firm's human, financial and physical assets, maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial information, and establishing processes, systems and controls to mitigate enterprise and investment risks. Rotational Associates will also receive training and mentoring over the course of the 2-year program.Responsibilities:Rotate approximately every 6-12 months for up to 2 years across some of the following functions: Financial Planning & Analysis, Enterprise Risk, Accounting & Reporting, Enterprise Change Office, and Internal Audit Qualifications:Required:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration AND 0+ years of total relevant work experiencePreferred:Cumulative grade point average of at least 3.2 on a 4.0 scaleProfessional work experience, potentially gained through internshipsAbility to process a variety of information and quickly draw relevant conclusions and summarize resultsAbility to presents ideas clearly, concisely and persuasively; tailoring message and delivery to different audiencesAble to diagnose, analyze, and identify improvement opportunitiesHolds self-accountable for anticipating and meeting client needsDemonstrates a sense of urgency for reaching goals and achieving resultsAdapts quickly to changing conditions and builds capability to meet new or evolving prioritiesStrong sense of teamwork and collaborationProficient analytical experience using Excel and creating presentations in PowerPointT.
