Position ResponsibilitiesThe Recruitment Manager will be responsible for the delivery of talent acquisition services to the North America technical business units. This person will be responsible for developing the recruitment strategy based on the global business model. This is a player/coach role so the Recruitment Manager will be carrying requisitions in addition to managing a team.This role is responsible for:Developing and maintaining the recruitment strategy for the NA regionBuilding a quality relationship with internal customers and external recruitment partners (eg recruitment and advertising agencies)Updating and refining the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channels and sources for the regionExploring the market best practices for recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices into the businessSetting the marketing, advertising and social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions within the businessMonitoring and effectively managing the recruitment budgetMonitoring relevant employment legislation and implementing required changes to keep the process compliantManaging and developing a team of RecruitersWorking with HR Business Partners to deliver on succession / people plans across the sectorsQualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience6+ years recruiting experience1+ years management experienceExperience recruiting technical positionsMix of corporate and agency experience preferredProficient in MS Office suiteCompany SummaryBetter software means better projects.
