These functional areas enable corporate profitability and success by ensuring cost savings and efficiencies, sound reporting of results and accurate forecasts.ResponsibilitiesPerspecta is hiring for an experienced Senior Program Analyst at our Chantilly, VA office who will be responsible for performing multiple financial activities. Applies principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports. Maintains or oversees the control of accounts and records. Compiles and reviews budgets using actual performance, previous budget figures, estimated revenue, expense reports, and other data sources to control funds and provide for proper financial administration. Performs multiple financial cost analyzes functions, including cost allocation, setting up cost control systems, collecting data, controlling costs and preparing reports. Ensures that costs are allocated according to established procedures.Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:- End to end program financial management- External reporting (monthly customer reports, invoices, ad hoc requests)- Internal reporting (revenue, profit, cash, programmatics, etc)- AnalysisQualificationsJOB REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's Degree plus 8 to 10 years of program financial analysis related experience or Master's Degree plus 6 to 8 years of program financial analysis related experience is requiredMust be eligible to obtain a security clearanceEnd-to-end program financial management experience is requiredExternal reporting experience (monthly customer reports, invoices, ad hoc requests) is requiredInternal reporting experience (revenue, profit, cash, programmatics, etc) is requiredGovernment contracting industry experience is strongly preferredAnalysis experience is requiredStrong Excel proficiency is requiredCostpoint experience strongly preferredHyperion experience is preferredAbout PerspectaWhat matters to our nation, is what matters to us.
