Analytica is seeking a Director of Operations with strong back-office (finance, accounting, contracts, HR, etc.) experience. Prior government contractor providing services required. The ideal candidate should be comfortable operating across finance, accounting, contracts, and human resources to help proactively drive the support and infrastructure needed to scale to a 300-person consulting firm. As a core member you'll work with a diverse team of sophisticated data and analytics professionals to explore solutions for clients in a platform-diverse environment. We offer competitive compensation with opportunities for bonuses, employer paid health care, training and development funds, and 401k match.Responsibilities include (But Are Not Necessarily Limited To):Works with management team to establish measures and metrics for financial, accounting, contracts human resources, information technology and program management to monitor and manage financial, contractual, operational and personnel risks for the companyProactively engages with teams across operations to drive improvements in processes, systems, metrics, financials and the organization to provide exceptional service to the division units support federal clientsOversees outside vendors, including information technology, financial, accounting, legal and other vendors to ensure superior delivery of service aligning to established budgetsLiaises with departmental and divisional leads to develop financial plans and ensure company-wide complianceOversees tracking and reporting of company's program and division performance, including revenue, project margins, accounting indirects and other organization metrics to maximize profitability and financial performanceSupports building a collaborative, cohesive culture that is team driven culture and uses data to drive decisions, performance and recognitionLeads special projects and initiatives for the CEO as needed. Requirements:Bachelor's degreeMBA, CPA or equivalent degree strongly preferredMinimum 10+ years' experience working in a financial, accounting, contractual or internal operations related capacity Prior government contractor finance and accounting experience required Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage various workstreams at the same time while not losing focusEffective written and oral communication with multiple levels of leadership involving both business and technical sides of the businessStrong experience with Microsoft Office, including advanced Microsoft Excel skillsExperience working with Atlassian JIRA a strong plusProven ability to build systems, processes, financial reporting and infrastructure to scale a service delivery organizationExperienced overseeing Unanet Financials, Project Portfolio system or equivalentAboutANALYTICA: Analytica is a leading consulting and information technology solutions provider to public sector organizations supporting health, civilian, and national security missions.
