Responsibilities: Manage the inbound lead data processes that feed into Salesforce including uploading lists from various sources and communicate reporting to key teammates to keep data secure and compliantCreate Salesforce and Domo reports and Dashboards to support Campaigns and various initiativesCreate Weekly and Monthly reports that demonstrate the overall success of marketing via data that resides in SalesforceDevelop Marketing dashboards to track key success metrics for the team and executive leadershipWork with members of the Demand Generation and Marketing Operations teams to support all aspects of our efforts, including data measurement, data integrity, and system managementCreate effective ROI reporting and identify needs for data enrichment/cleansingDrive marketing enhancements for CRM and marketing automation systemsManage the accuracy of critical data points across our various marketing and sales systems, including Salesforce.com, Tableau, Google Analytics, and various other marketing technologiesRequired Experience:3-5 years operations experience5+ years Salesforce administration experience5+ years Pardot or other related marketing automation tool5+ years working with data tools and Salesforce - DemandTools / PeopleImport and other Validity tools would be a huge bonusStrong understanding of Enterprise Sales processes to ensure enablement for AEs on Marketing / Sales joint initiativesAbility to effectively communicate technical issues and resolve problems at all levels of the organization and meet deadlinesBachelor's DegreeAppian Corporation is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
