We are a mid-sized defense contractor providing Engineering & Integration, Systems Acquisition, Information Warfare, and In-Service Sustainment to government clients in 14 states and the District of Columbia. We need a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Financial Analyst ready to join a fast-paced and exciting work environment. Security Clearance: Applicant must hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearanceResponsibilities:Tracks commitments, obligations and expenditures of assigned US Navy (USN) or Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases within Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)Review and analyze financial reports to determine case financial statusRecommend actions to improve case financial status Use Mechanization of Contract Administrations Service (MOCAS), Standard Accounting & Reporting System (STARS), Case Execution Performances Tool (CEPT), Information Warehouse, Management Information System for International Logistics (MISIL), Defense Integrated Financial System (DIFS), Computer Optimized Batch Reconciliation Application (COBRA) financial systems to analyze identify and resolve problem disbursements and to reconcile contracts and funding documentsProvides information to the government customer by assembling and summarizing data; preparing reports; making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendationsMay include up to 10% travelExperience Requirements:2-10 years of relevant Foreign Military Sales financial analyst experienceExperience with Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)Knowledge of FMS Financial Systems, particularly MOCAS, CEPT, Information Warehouse, MISIL, DIFS, COBRAMS Office proficiency, particularly with ExcelEducational Requirements:AS/AA in accounting field desiredEOE/M/F/ Disability/VetVEVRAA Federal Contractor
