Centauri is seeking Lifecycle Acquisition Specialists to support government customers on contracts/ and related business processes throughout all stages of the procurement cycle.Responsibilities:Pre-Award Acquisition Support: Provide advice recommendations, and document preparation support to multiple disciplined offices in all areas of the acquisition pre-award phase.Acquisition pre-award support includes: SOWs & SOOs, Acquisition Strategy Support, Cost Estimates, Market Research & Market Surveys, Quality Assurance Plans, RFPs/RFQs, Source Selection, and other miscellaneous pre-award documentation.Award/Selection Support: Provide support the Contracting Officers and various technical offices in all types of source selections including formal, informal, and vendor screening processes. Sources selection/award support includes: Contract Award Documents and Contract Award Acquisition Support.Post-Award Acquisition Support: Provide advice, recommendations, and document support to multiple disciplined offices in all areas of the acquisition post-award phase. Acquisition post-award support includes: Contract Administration, Contract Modification Support, Delivery/Task Order Support, financial tracking, attending PMRs/BMRs and providing analysis of progress, and Award Fee management. Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in STEM.Experience advising an IC or DoD agency in total lifecycle acquisition management.Experience writing requirements documents, performance work statements, statements of work, or statements of objectives for a contract. Experience developing cost estimates for requirementsExperience conducting and documenting technical evaluations of contractor proposals.Additional Desired Qualification:Certified as a PMP.Certified ITIL for IT Service management. Experience in the acquisition or management of IT infrastructure services. Experience managing requirements through a requirements process. Experience managing ISP requirements, requests for proposal and contractor proposals. Experience within different contract types (eg, Fixed-Price, Cost Reimbursable, and Award Fee). Experience serving as a manager, team lead or supervisor for a minimum of 5 years. Security Requirements:Must have an active TS/SCI security clearance
