This positionsupports a hybrid Agile process with the Government as the overall integratorin a Cloud Environment. The successfulapplicant will provide SETA support as an Architecture Integration Engineer fora range of system engineering efforts and technical expertise, continuity ofeffort and value-added judgment to advise and assist the customer's leadershipand contract teams. SPECIFIC TASKING/PROJECT SUPPORT: Provide design guidance across a range of systemand application technologies, ensuring solutions are aligned with theenterprise architecture vision and met with technical standards * Synchronizing andde-conflict inter-service/agency architectures Develop expert knowledge of existing systems andfacilitate creation of mechanisms to track current and future statearchitectures Collaborate with operational / technical SMEsand Standards personnel to identify architecture gaps, overlaps andinefficiencies, and develop recommendations for changes to improve enterprisearchitecture. Contribute to the definition of technologydirection, standards and roadmaps across one or more technical domain. Support customer's transformation efforts tomove information technology systems from traditional server based architectureto a cloud-based architecture though the development of Model Based SystemsEngineer (MBSE) tools and practices. Develop and maintain Enterprise Architectureartifacts across entire system utilizing architecture modeling tools. Perform requirements traceability and coordinaterequirement priorities to assist informed management decisions (budget,technical, and schedule) Conduct analysis and evaluations- makingrecommendations and providing advice and assistance to include preparingcriteria and analytical aids, briefings, reports and presentations Attend design reviews and review requirementsdocumentation for solution integration Provide support to Program Managers fromexternal agencies to ensure delivery of Program Office projects to stakeholders. Qualifications TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and fourteen (14) years or more experience; Masters and twelve (12) years or more experience; PhD or JD and nine (9) years or more experience REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Must be a US Citizen with active TS/SCI securityclearance with polygraph Broad understanding of space and/or groundsystems, hardware, software, operations, and their interdependence Working knowledge of CAMEO Working knowledge of AGILE Scrum and SAFesoftware development methods Working knowledge of IC principles, procedures The ability to work proactively, independently,and/or as a member of a highly effective technical team while developingapproaches Demonstrated ability to establish and maintaineffective working relationships with customers Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite andvarious SE, PM tools **Requires overnight travel up to 10 percent of the work year DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: SAFe Agilist certification SAIC is a premier technology integrator solving our nation's most complex modernization and readiness challenges.
