Description: CyberCore Technologies seeks a Helpdesk Specialist to support various clients and projects across our customer base by diagnosing and resolving technical hardware and software issues in addition to researching issues using available information resources. This individual will be part of a team, taking direction from the Senior/Lead Helpdesk Specialist and providing guidance to junior team members Required Experience : Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of experience, or 9 years of helpdesk experience Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues Research issues using available information resources Advise users on actions taken Document all help desk interactions in the appropriate ticketing tool Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
