Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Salesforce Administor to work as part of our dynamic Salesforce team throughout the software development life cycle. Responsibilities will include handling all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, object/application configuration, workflows and other routine tasksRole & Responsibilities Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades Manage Salesforce data feeds and other integrationsBuild features in Salesforce utilizing tools such as Process Builder, Workflow, Custom Objects and Formula FieldsCollaborate with I&T teams to ensure company-wide system stabilityActively engage in an Agile environment with a focus on iterative and test-driven methodologiesCommunicate and problem-solve daily with teammates, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders, often in combination with travelSkills & Qualifications Strong understanding of the Salesforce Lightning platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionalityAble to utilize Salesforce automation tools to build out complex business processesEffective decision-making and critical thinking skills for problem identification and solution recommendationsAbility to be flexible, set priorities and meet deadlines in a changing environment for self and teamAbility to understand technical concepts and communicate them clearly to individuals with varied backgrounds and skill levelsBenefitsMinimum of 2 years of practical experience as a Salesforce AdministratorBachelor's degree or related experience Certified Salesforce Administrator and/or Advanced AdministratorExperience in an Agile (Scrum, Kanban) environmentBenefits Vision & Dental MedicalTransit401 (k) matching Life insurance
