Mortgage Loan Processor
Looking for experienced Mortgage Loan Processors to help keep up with the growth happening within their company and the business. Below is the key information and Job description. 1. How many loans do your processors usually carry in their pipeline every month? He said he hoped around 50+ but with 25-30+ loans/month closing2. What is the number of loans that they are required to close on a monthly basis? 25-30 loans closed/month3. Will they be processing the loan from cradle to grave? They take over at the time of application and then hand off/coordination/back-forth with UW so def tracking through it's closing (more so tracking purposes though)..so yes. 4. Is government experience necessary or preferred (FHA, VA) Yes. The more broad the experience the better and the more products, the better 5. What type of background or company experience would you like to see from our candidates? They need to have Correspondent Lending experience (smaller direct lenders)-> NOT only Big bank. 6. Are they processing new home purchases or refinances? Mixed bag. Retail is usually a higher number of purchases but with the rates being where they are right now, they are getting more refinancesAccuracy with workAbility to meet deadlinesAbility to track a large number in the pipelineStrong communication with internal and external stakeholders.Ability to close 25+ in the pipeline/monthThe more you produce, the more you'll make and he wants producersPotential to work a few days remote after training.About Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
