Types of systems include but not limited to packaged and split systems, air and water cooled reciprocating and screw chillers, cooling towers, gas and oil fired hot water and steam boilers, energy recovery units, VAV systems, critical facility air conditioning and humidification systems. FamiliarIty with a wide variety of building automation systems and controls. The Service Technician will be called upon frequently to teach in house training classes on multiple HVAC topics. Possible, daily tasks often include supervising other technicians and dealing with complex sometimes high pressure situations.Directly involved in estimating, scheduling, project management, job execution and customer satisfaction.Daily duties include service & maintenance of Commercial HVAC systems . Systems to include but not limited to packaged and split Gas and Oil furnaces, Heat pumps, and Air Conditioning Units, Exhaust and Make up air systems, Refrigeration systems, VAV units and Trane/Novar BAS/DDC systems. Able to be called on by management to diagnose or assist in more complex/trouble problems.
