This work supports a government customer to develop, create and modify general computer applications software or specialized utility programs Duties will include but are not limited to: Plan, implement, test, document, and maintain solutions using internally created and/or commercial off-the-shelf products.provide end-to-end life cycle project management support Provide systems perspective Coordinate with team to ensure problem solution, risk reduction and user satisfaction Perform network modeling, analysis, and planningspecify,develop, verify, and validate system availability requirements, operationalavailability, data access and data security Conductreadiness reviews and verify transition inputs Defineoperational processes and procedures, Operational Readiness Plan and dataassessments Identifyrequirements; incorporate, integrate and tests requirements; provide status ofrequirements Provideproject oversight, continual assessments and recommendations to addressdependencies and risk management Normalize, categorize and trace requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of systems engineering experience or a Master's degree and 6+ years of related system engineering experience.
