This position assesses staff developmental needs to drive training initiatives and identifies, develops and executes training solutions for Customer Operations staff. This position actively researches, creatively designs and implements effective methods to educate, enhance performance to achieve operational goals. Develops individualized and group training programs for staff based on regulations and contractual requirements, business needs, audit findings, and claims adjustment team database errors.

Bachelor's Degree in education, business, healthcare management or related field. Knowledge, skills, and abilities normally obtained through five years of experience in a supervisory role in an insurance and/or healthcare environment. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint). Possesses good organizational, analytical, and strong written and verbal communications skills. Possesses attention for detail and proficiency in multiple training disciplines. Three years of experience with professional and UB claims. Knowledge of medical terminology and coding (ICD10, CPT4) and guidelines for NCQA, HEDIS, CMS, and DMAS may be required. Applicants who do not have their Bachelor's Degree will be required to sign a Bachelor's degree agreement committing to successfully obtaining their Bachelor's degree within 5 years of hire.
