Job Summary/Company: Immediate Direct Hire Opportunity Supporting CFO of large organization.

Immediate Direct Hire Opportunity seeking an Executive Coordinator with exceptional professional demeanor and a natural ability to prioritize on the fly supporting Administrative Projects, Calendar Management, Meeting Management Support and Travel. Ideal candidates will be eager for a challenge and excited to join an evolving and growing division within a well established large organization directly supporting the CFO. Ideal candidates will have an interest or degree in Accounting and/or Finance with the expectation that their primary responsibilities will be to support the overall administrative needs of the Executive CFO and assist with accounting related projects as needed by the team and leadership.

*This opportunity will be 100% remote during COVID-19 crisis with the expectation to work on-site in the office at a later time when it is safe for employees to return back to work. All Interviews and on boarding will be conducted virtually with an immediate start date in early April.

  • Professional administrative and coordinator support to CFO of a well established stable 60 year old organization.
  • Start-up environment with changing requirements, no day is the same.
  • Exciting administrative project work supporting the VP and team requirements.
  • Calendar coordination for VP using MS Outlook
  • Scheduling and set up of virtual department meetings, using Skype for Business (must be technically inclined)
  • Schedule Conference calls and set up conference lines for both parties
  • Book travel both domestic and international (no travel at this time due to pandemic)
  • *Support Finance or Accounted related projects and reporting

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • Must have 2-5 years professional administrative experience with a completed Bachelor's degree.
  • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Top Notch Professional demeanor to entertain conversations and communicate with C-Suite Executives throughout the organization
  • Exceptional organization skills required to be successful
  • Expert knowledge of Office 365 and strong knowledge/use of MS Excel
  • Additional Software experience: OneNote, MS Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Social Media Communication
  • Must be comfortable with Electronic Collaboration, several employees work remote or at off-site office locations, 25 person department. VTC technology experience highly preferred.
  • Must be comfortable with a start-up environment, as this is a new department
  • Capable of building rapport, trust and professional presence among C-Suite Leaders and other Executive Administrators.
  • U.S Citizenship Required, no exceptions.
**Interviews will be conducted immediately on a remote bases. Candidates with prior experience as a a/f recruiting coordinator or financial sales assistant will be highly considered due to transferable skill set.
