Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire an experienced Executive Assistant who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

The Executive Assistant (EA) provides professional administrative support to the department of Spiritual Care and to our Clinical Pastoral Education program.

As an Executive Assistant, you will:
• Manage executive calendars
• Schedule meetings and shifts
• Maintain and prepare for committee meetings
• Prepare letters, reports, and meeting minutes in a timely manner
• Proactively maintain calendars
• Coordinate special programs and projects
• Implement office procedures
• Manage program logistics including room set-up and material preparation
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned while maintaining a professional office environment

Qualifications include:
• Associate degree required or a minimum of two years of experience in an office setting
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficient and current skills in all Microsoft applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and handle a fast-paced environment and multi-facility environment.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with a variety of people including community leaders, executives and other employees.
• Ability to use office related equipment (fax, copier, projector, printer, etc.).
• Professional appearance and manner.
