Medical Clinic Office Secretary, Receptionist, and Administrative Assistant
- Front desk customer service
- Preparing patients charts
- Preparing the examination room.
- Assisting the physician with patients' examinations.
- Office and exam room organization and hygiene on a daily basis.
Required and Preferred Qualifications:
- Good organizational and communication skills required.
- Experience with insurance verification, insurance authorizations, understanding of primary and secondary insurances preferred.
- Computer experience, typing skills, familiarity with Microsoft required.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish required.
- Previous clinical receptionist and/or administrative experience preferred.
