Fort Washington Medical Center seeks to hire an experienced Clinical Administrator, Registered Nurse (RN) for our Nursing Administration who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

As a Clinical Administrator, you will:

Be responsible for operationalizing the strategic plan for their department and hospital. The Clinical Administrator is responsible for ensuring the assessment, coordination, implementation and evaluation of the delivery of safe and effective patient-centered care. In addition, the Clinical Administrator will develop a plan of care according to patient population. This person will mentor students, colleagues and team members in patient-centered care and conduct purposeful rounding from patient and family perspective.

Qualifications include:
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a minimum of an Associate of Science degree required, Bachelor's Degree required, MSN preferred.
• Valid Maryland RN license required
• Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) and ACLS certification required
• Five years of experience or related acute care experience, and 2 years Leadership experience required.
