Responsibilities: Performs and coordinates maintenance/repairs on company vehicles (trucks, cars, forklifts, trailers) and select machinery and equipment Ensures maintenance coverage for all working hours that facility is operating Implements and adjusts as necessary preventative and predictive maintenance programs Drives continuous improvement by applying sound mechanical & electrical solutions to resolve maintenance issues to reduce downtime Demonstrates safe work practices, wearing proper PPE as needed and maintaining a clean and organized workspace Monitors inventory, by ordering and tracking spare parts or supplies, manuals and tools Participates in operations meetings to review expected maintenance volume and adjust maintenance/repair schedules accordingly Ensures the completion of all administrative functions related to maintenance are documented All other duties as assigned About the Company: Since 1996, Homestead Building Systems, Inc. has provided advanced framing materials and turnkey framing for the residential home building industry.
