The Inn at Perry Cabin is a beautiful 78 room luxury hotel, located on the Miles River in St. Michael's, Maryland that features world-class amenities for play, relaxation and exploration. Tucked along a private corner of the Chesapeake Bay, on more than 20 acres of manicured lawns along the Miles River, the Inn at Perry Cabin's nautical charm and casual elegance inspire a genuine sense of escape. It is just moments by foot, bicycle, car and boat from the historic town of Saint Michaels, putting some of the region's best shopping, antiquing, tasting and hunting right at your fingertips. We are seeking Housekeeping room attendants for full time availability or part time availability. Shifts are typically 8:30 am to 5pm or 9am to 5:30pm. Primary responsibilities for housekeeping room attendants is to maintain the cleanliness of the guest rooms and ensure that they are ready for guests to check in, and are maintained to the standard that The Inn at Perry Cabin is known for. Requirements + Housekeeping room attendants must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job with or without accommodation. Lifting up to 50 pounds, able to push, pull, lift, bend, stretch and walk/move for up to 8 hour shifts. + Must be able to work weekends and holidays and have a flexible schedule. + Must be dependable, professional, and able to interact with guests + Friendly and team oriented. + Positive communication skills must be able to understand and communicate with hotel guests. + Experience in house cleaning or hotel housekeeping positions is preferred but not required.
