Job ID: 2013937 Location: MCLEAN , VA , US Date Posted: 2020-08-25 Category: Engineering and Sciences Subcategory: Systems Engineer Schedule: Full-time Shift: Day Job Travel: No Minimum Clearance Required: TS/SCI with Poly Clearance Level Must Be Able to Obtain: TS/SCI with Poly Potential for Remote Work: No Description SAIC is seeking a Technical Lead / Systems Engineer to manage onsite technical performance.A' This work supports a government customer to develop, create and modify general computer applications software or specialized utility programs A' Duties will include but are not limited to: Plan, implement, test, document, and maintain solutions using internally created and/or commercial off-the-shelf products. provide end-to-end life cycle project management support Provide systems perspective Coordinate with team to ensure problem solution, risk reduction and user satisfaction Perform network modeling, analysis, and planning specify, develop, verify, and validate system availability requirements, operational availability, data access and data security Conduct readiness reviews and verify transition inputs Define operational processes and procedures, Operational Readiness Plan and data assessments Identify requirements; incorporate, integrate and tests requirements; provide status of requirements Provide project oversight, continual assessments and recommendations to address dependencies and risk management Normalize, categorize and trace requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 15+A' years of systems engineering experience or a Master's degree and 6+ years of related system engineering experience. Active TS/SCI with CI Poly Minimum of 3 years within the Intelligence Community Agile software development expertise Degree will be in a discipline relevant to the performance of the position Excellent customer engagement skills Familiarity with ICD 503 Familiarity with Accreditation & Authorization (A&A), Identity and Access Management (IdAM), and continuous audit and system compliance auditing desired Experience working at the enterprise level Engility delivers innovative solutions to critical challenges facing the nation and the world.
