This position is responsible for the development, implementation, enhancement and support of contact center systems, technologies and strategies. The Manager is responsible for licensed agent activities to up-sell and cross-sell appropriate products and telephonically enrolls and complete plan changes based on sales, marketing and compliance requirements. Oversees the daily operations of all contact center functions; ensures activities run smoothly and efficiently. Participates in marketing campaigns and product launches; attains sales, quality control and customer service goals. Manage best in class performance across key performance indicators including; sales performance by channel, closing rates, lead qualification and CRM administration.
