Qualifications
Must have one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 Federal grade level performing the following duties: providing technical and administrative supervision to the unit, serving as an agency expert on IT customer support issues, and applying customer support principles, methods, and practices.

Responsibilities
- Provides administrative and technical supervision for accomplishing the work of the unit.
- Establishes guidelines and performance expectations for staff members.
- Observes workers performance; demonstrates and conducts work performance critiques.
- Provides informal feedback and periodically evaluates employee performances.
- Serves as an agency expert on IT Customer Support issues and activities.
- Coordinates all phases of monitoring IT support.
- Serves as project officer responsible for the evaluation of the effectiveness and efficiency of major program operations (IT support) throughout the agency.
- Provides technical guidance in all matters regarding IT customer support issues.
- Reviews, interprets DOJ, DEA, and OMB policies.
