Responsibilities

This position is located in the Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration, Information Systems Division (TC) in Arlington, VA.
The incumbent will perform the following duties:
  • Provide expert analysis and advice on agency-wide programs.
  • Apply advanced techniques to interpret and evaluate findings resulting from analysis.
  • Lead analysis of projects, issues or programs impacting all or most agency organizations.
  • Organize ad-hoc projects; plan, organize and directs team study work.
  • Develop, prepare, analyze and validate short and long-term budget planning estimates in support of objectives and related work.
  • Formulate, interpret, and communicate short and long-range principles, policies, and objectives for administrative service programs.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

GS-15 : Must have one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-14 Federal grade level performing the following duties: independently supporting Senior Executive level management in carrying out his/her duties; providing authoritative advice to executive level management, staff and leadership on special projects which impact an agency; performing or reviewing highly complex, diverse, analytical and evaluative studies involving agency programs; drafting comprehensive and complex written documents; briefing management officials on matters concerning new business processes and/or other activities.
