Job Description Lockheed Martin is seeking a Signature Reduction Technician in the Alexandria, VA area. Primary duties include preparing and executing Signature Reduction (SR) documentation and actions in support of the customer's program life cycle. Prepare and submit SR Passport requests to external supporting agencies for review, approval, and issuance. Maintain accountability of all SR Passports ensuring compliance with all federal regulations and local policies. Prepare correspondence, to include interoffice memorandums in accordance with Army Regulation 25-50. Prepare SR requests and gain authorization for use from customer's higher headquarters. Act as custodian of SR files, both paper and electronic. Direct preparation and filing of SR Organizational documents. Receive, review, and submit country visa request to supporting agencies. Create and maintain database and spreadsheet files. Assist military and civilian customer with management of personnel readiness. Organize and conduct department/section team meetings. May be required to work a rotating shift schedule. Basic Qualifications: Must have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) Adobe PDF and Pure Edge applications. Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Share Point, developing and maintenance of SharePoint sites and Pages. Must have final Top Secret clearance investigated within last five years and able to have access to Sensitive Compartmented Information. Must have excellent written and verbal communications Desired Skills: SR Advance Technician Course preferred but not required.
