The successful candidate will be expected to engage actively in the design and development of ground-breaking software that fits the overall strategy of providing high-quality re-usable fundraising solutions to the enterprise. This role will work collaboratively to design, build, test, deploy and maintain quality, scalable solutions for RedCross.org and related platforms. Application Development: Partner closely with agile teams, particularly lead developers, to translate requirements and solution design into actionable development plans with measurable milestones and KPI targets. End-user Support: Be the primary Tier 3 layer of support for fundraising solutions by developing a deep knowledge of existing applications/platforms and working with support engineers to resolve incidents and problems within an SLA-driven ITSM framework. Mentorship and other duties: Be a senior leader on the fundraising team such that you lead by example in your commitment to operational excellence, delivery of quality business solutions, successful outcomes-based performance, cross-team knowledge building and willingness to tackle other related duties as needed.
