Would you like to be part of this journey?The Enterprise Account Executive Intelligence Community (IC) will be responsible for expanding and growing territories for UiPath National Intelligence business.You will use your sales, negotiation and leadership skills to prospect, and conduct lead generation techniques and sell the leading, de facto standard in Robotic Process Automation Software. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of success driving software sales across the Intelligence Community (IC) and in building beneficial, lasting relationships with customers. More important, this candidate is a hunter with a strong track record.This is what you ll do at UiPath:Connecting customers with UiPath RPA solution to solve problems, create efficiencies and demonstrate significant Return on Investment (ROI)Outbound prospecting/Lead generationQualify inbound and outbound leadsActively invlved in product demos for qualified customersManage accounts by building and fostering client relationships through personalized contact, understanding of client s needs, and ability to communicate solution values of products and servicesAccurately forecast opportunities based upon realistic assessments and maintaining Salesforce hygieneMeet/exceed assigned revenue goalsPartner with field representatives to include, Developers, Customer Success Managers and FSI partner managerThis is what you ll bring to our team:6+ years years of recent experience working with/in IC2+ years of IC sales experience or significant IC understanding and backgroundSuccessful in finding and uncovering new opportunities with prospects and existing business, cold calling and hunting for businessSelf-starter able to work independently but also a contributing member of a teamConsultative sales experience and challenging companies/businesses to think differentlyOwn and managed the entire sales process and cycle from start to finishProven track record of exceeding goals and quotaConsistent track record of success in consultative sales environmentsConsistent track record of developing new business and managing sales cycle, from generating leads through closingExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA logical and analytical thinkerDemonstrated negotiation skillsStrong technical aptitudeStrong computer skills Exceptional organizational skills with the proven ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks to meet deadlinesStrong attention to detailsHighly motivated and professional, with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsLife at UiPath like a lot of startups, can sometimes feel like a roller coaster.
