Law360 is seeking a senior reporter to cover the legal industry. This reporter will write regular news analyses and features, contextualizing major court rulings as well as federal and state regulation and enforcement actions. This reporter will be expected to develop a deep understanding of the beat and a reliable roster of sources. Training will also be provided. Required: At least two years of full-time, paid reporting experience Demonstrated reporting and writing skills Preferences: Experience covering the legal industry, including law firms, legal associations and regulators, alternative legal service providers, in-house legal departments, legal technology, litigation funding and judicial issues. Experience reporting for a legal audience Experience working a beat Qualified candidates will be asked to complete writing and reporting tests electronically. Law360 offers extensive training on legal topics. Business or legal reporting experience is not required but preferred.
